National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998): Extension on the Period for Establishment of the National Environmental Consultative and Advisory Forum

Extension Period: 18 August 2023 – 17 August 2024 

On 7 July 2023, the Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment extended the period for establishment of the National Consultative and Advisory Forum in terms of section 3A of National Environmental Management Act, 1998, for a period of 12 months, from 18 August 2023 until 17 August 2024.
